Under-Tile Mats are designed to go directly under the tile covered only by tile adhesive – no screed required.

The 3mm cables can be supplied on a drum and fixed to the floor with special clips, or pre-spaced on a fibreglass mesh mat. In both cases the cables can be tiled over, or in some cases (depending on the type of tiles used) your tiler may prefer to cover the cables or mats with a thin levelling mix before tiling.

They will heat the tiles quickly and efficiently – just what is required so your bathroom or living area is warm of a morning when you get up.

Under tile floor heating is the popular choice for renovations and homes where the slab/sub-floor is already down.

NOTE: This product can be DIY installed but must be connected by a licensed electrical contractor and conntected to a Thermostat and RCD to comply with current AS/NZS 3000 wiring regulations.

If you have a wooden sub-floor you will need to lay tile backer board prior to installation of the cable mats.
